**Job Summary**

Xerox Business Solutions Southeast is seeking a Technical Assistance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to customers via telephone/Web calls, collaborate with internal teams to facilitate or escalate customer issues and complaints, and coordinate the dispatch of Xerox & Multi-vendor consumables and engineers to customers.

**Key Requirements**

  • A-Level Education / Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Portuguese
  • Minimum of 6 months working in a similar customer support role
