Pour y arriver, nous avons développé une solution de recrutement innovante qui intègre des outils d'analyse de CV, de test d'intégration et de suivi des candidatures.

L'équipe RH de Vroomly est composée de Nelly, DRH, Marie, People Manager et Julie, HR Specialist. Ensemble, nous travaillons sur les projets RH, tels que la mise en place de stratégies de recrutement, la gestion des processus de sélection et la formation des collaborateurs.
Notre équipe recherche un futur.e Talent Recruiter / Chargé.e de Recrutement qui sera responsable de la population stagiaires et alternants : recrutement, onboarding, suivi, animation de la communauté stagiaire, etc..
Nous te formerons bien sûr sur nos outils et les techniques de recrutement afin de te permettre de devenir autonome, polyvalent.e et de développer tes compétences.

Tes missions seront :

  • Gérer en autonomie le process de recrutement de A à Z des stagiaires (et progressivement des CDI) :
  • Définir et comprendre les besoins des managers
  • Mettre en place la stratégie de recrutement adaptée à chaque besoin (sourcing, animation de ton vivier, cooptation, réseaux sociaux, stratégie école, etc..)
  • Rédiger les annonces et les publier sur nos différents jobboards
  • Sélectionner les meilleurs CV et réaliser le premier entretien téléphonique
  • Accompagner les candidats et les managers tout au long du process : planification des entretiens, retour auprès des candidats, etc...
