About Us

At BNP Paribas, our mission is to provide innovative solutions for Corporate clients. As a Relationship Officer, you will be the key point of contact for daily interactions and commercial matters. Your primary objective is to develop relationships with Corporate clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Interactions: You will serve as the first point of contact for Commercial matters and direct clients to support teams in case of operational issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all regulations are observed, including Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions policies.
  • Credit: Oversee credit facilities extended to Corporate clients, ensuring timely approval and renewal according to Bank procedures.
  • Products: Sell all Bank products and introduce product representatives to clients.
  • Align business activities with the Group's 'One Bank' strategy through close collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Management or Banking and Financial Operations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge in CRM Tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Client-focused mindset.
