Job Description
">We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Coach Specialist to join our collaborative community of passionate mental health professionals. As a Telehealth Coach Specialist, you will guide clients through 1-on-1 video sessions designed around their unique goals, focusing on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance. You will also collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling Expertise in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours Languages: Fluency in English and the local language Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
