About the Role
The Customer Service Representative role is a key position within our customer service team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will work closely with our sales and expert teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Professional speaking and writing skills in Mandarin and English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience in a customer service environment or related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call centre, etc.)
- Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels (phone, email, chat)
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend and public holiday shifts
