At adidas, we're looking for a talented Travel Operations Specialist to join our Global Operations hub in Europe. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting internal customers (employees) by providing exceptional support and administration services.

The purpose of this role is to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, process efficiencies, and cost savings. You'll handle travel cost requests, approve expenses, and address any queries related to business travels and expenses.

This position is situated in our GBS within the Porto location, where you'll work closely with our team to implement process improvements and changes. As a Travel Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting business and teams on process and system-related questions
  • Handling standard inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone
  • Providing consistent information to employees on Travel, Expenses, and Event topics
  • S securing data completeness & correctness within our software for compliance and follow-up taxation purposes
  • Timely executing assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and work agreements
  • Monitoring compliance metrics to assess the effectiveness of procurement compliance initiatives and identify areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and German+
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service/helpdesk
  • University degree or matching experience
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and Concur (preferential)
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment (preferential)
