Wecheer is seeking a highly skilled UX Design Strategist to drive the end-to-end user experience of our platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will shape the UX strategy, design scalable solutions, and build intuitive, self-service experiences that accelerate user adoption.
Responsibilities- Lead UX Strategy – Define and execute a UX strategy aligned with our transition to a self-service, product-led SaaS.
- Self-Service UX Design – Design intuitive onboarding, in-app guidance, and workflows that reduce reliance on human support.
- User Research & Data-Driven Insights – Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user experiments to inform the design decisions.
- Optimize & Maintain Wecheer Web & Mobile App – Continuously refine and update the existing web and mobile application UX/UI to enhance usability and engagement.
- Design System & Consistency – Build and maintain a scalable, reusable design system, ensure consistent Wecheer branding images cross-platforms.
- Collaborate & Influence – Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing and Growth teams to align UX solutions with product and business goals.
- Foster a UX Culture – Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and human-centered design across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric, data-driven, and business-aligned design solutions. Expertise in both B2B & B2C UX, spanning enterprise SaaS platforms and consumer-facing applications is required. Strong user research & market awareness, with proficiency in various research methods, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making is also essential.
