Owlcat Games is a company passionate about what we do. We are currently looking for a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to work on the full cinematic preproduction and production cycle, from working with narrative designers and level designers to the delivery of final quality work. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Adjusting cameras in dialogues for cinematic effect
  • Editing cutscenes and dialogues
  • Checking the dialogue quality, including sound, lighting, animation, etc.
  • Creating and editing mise-en-scenes with several characters
  • Setting up complex mise-en-scenes with multiple characters and effects
  • Working with blueprints in Unreal Engine 5
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A basic understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and basic blueprint commands in UE5
  • The principles of filmmaking and composition
  • A lot of gaming experience to operate with reference examples
  • Skills in scene direction
