Customer Support Specialist Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Customer Support Representative with a strong command of Italian and excellent English skills. This role involves providing top-notch assistance to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require an individual who can respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Ensuring issues are resolved efficiently is crucial, so follow-up on customer matters until they are fully resolved, meeting deadlines and maintaining high service standards.
  • This role requires collaboration with internal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of customer requests.
  • Confidentiality is essential; the selected candidate must ensure that customer information remains secure at all times.
Requirements:
  • We seek a native Italian speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Prior experience in customer support is highly valued but not essential.

  • A competitive salary: 1360 euro gross per month, including base pay, allowances, and other benefits.
  • A 40-hour workweek with a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, ensuring variety and flexibility.
