Data Steward for Supplier and Accounting Management

Our Finance team is the backbone of our company, enabling growth year after year through careful planning, talent, capability, and passion. As a key member of this team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and implementing supplier information management programs and strategies to assure the overall performance of our accounting and vendor master data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor onboarding processes, including vendor master records, internal vendor assignments, and qualifications
  • Create Data Quality reports to assess the completeness and accuracy of vendor and accounting master data
  • Define and enforce Data Governance frameworks, including data management, policies, and standards
  • Ensure data compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Create and provide training for onboarding processes and tools to internal customers and vendors
  • Maintain accounting master data processes, including Cost Center, Profit Center, General Ledger, and Internal Order data management
  • Maintain FP-1 level approval data in coordination with Finance
  • Drive continuous improvements leveraging technology and lean tools
  • Work across domain functions to reduce complexity and align processes and outcomes
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert of Supplier and Accounting Master Data for cross-functional and corporate initiatives

Critical Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Data, Finance, or IT domain
  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP Ariba
  • Knowledge of the Agile framework
  • Good Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills
  • English Fluency, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and set priorities
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Customer service mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Desire and ability to learn new technology and processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational and cultural awareness
