**Job Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Participating in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities.
  • Qualifying new potential clients and leads through calls and other means.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized solutions.
  • Upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of French language proficiency.
  • A good level of English language skills is a plus.
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment in your work.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse nationalities.
