Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager focused on the French market. This role can be based in our Porto office or remotely from anywhere in France. If you're passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow with a dynamic team, we want to meet you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the lead generation and qualification process: identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the French market.
- Develop and implement prospecting strategies: creating a target list and priorities to expand our client base.
- Engage and represent the company: conducting discovery meetings and attending international events and visits to potential clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide leads through the sales funnel until activation.
- Maintain a visible and updated pipeline in our CRM platform, focusing on meeting KPI targets.
- Fluent or native French speaker. Other languages, such as Italian or Spanish, are highly valued.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally in the digital marketing sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate well over the phone.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow quickly.
