Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Payabl. as a key member of our quality assurance department.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up test automation frameworks, with a strong proficiency in integration testing and API testing. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing integration tests to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between different components of our software.

As a Senior QA, you will work on our payment gateway and other gateway-related projects, playing a vital role in shaping our quality assurance processes. You will contribute to establishing best practices and improving the overall QA strategy, ensuring high test coverage and reliability.

You will also perform API testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and security of backend services, and contribute to cross-functional testing teams. Additionally, you will set up test processes and ways of working.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in setting up test automation frameworks from scratch
  • Strong proficiency in integration testing
  • Proficient in at least one backend testing tool, example pytest
  • Knowledge of mock frameworks for backend testing
  • Experience with frontend testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Appium
  • Experience in API testing and automation
  • Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of test automation projects
