Blu Selection is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support professional in Lisbon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients while driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.
About the Role:
This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to work with a multinational team, supporting some of the world's leading brands, including Spotify, Foot Locker, Microsoft, and many more. Main Responsibilities:
- Exceptional consultation of clients regarding upcoming questions
- Achieve high levels of client satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
- Develop the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Create and maintain relationships within the account to preserve long-term permeability
- Research new sales opportunities with existing portfolio accounts
- Focusing on driving benefits through proactive administration
- Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
- Responding to incoming client or partner calls
Requirements:
- Native level of Dutch and fluent in English (B2 level sufficient)
- Valid school diploma or bachelor's degree
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales, or interest in these areas
- Customer and quality-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinking and perfectionism
- Natural communication skills and attentive listening
- Motivated and dedicated with a desire for a new challenge
What We Offer:
- Relocation support for foreign applicants, including accommodation for up to one year
- Yearly salary conditions from €14,500 gross - €20,000 gross, depending on the relocation package and offer
- Constant renewable 1-year contract
- 1-5 weeks of training (depending on experience and project)
- Flight refund after 3 months
- Support for required documents like NIF, SSN, and bank account
