As a Branch Manager in our Freight Forwarding division, you will be responsible for leading our operations and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in operational management and service excellence to deliver outstanding results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Operational Performance: Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction through effective process management.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive local sales development and key account retention.
- Team Leadership: Manage local teams, ensuring effective collaboration between Sales and Operations.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to QMS and other standards, as well as accurate reporting and statistics.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry, with a strong focus on operational management and service excellence. A minimum of 5 years' experience in management with P&L responsibility is also required.
