TN Portugal is a leading payment solutions provider seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Payment Account Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support to Spanish and Catalan-speaking clients.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional with C2 Spanish or Catalan and C1 English proficiency to provide expert support on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
  • Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Mandatory Requirements include EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit, customer support experience in a call center, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: Approx. 1,098/month, including base salary, complexity bonus, meal allowance, and transport allowance.
  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1, free after 6 months.
  • Welcome Bonus: 1,000 euros.
