Job Description: As a Cash and Treasury Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and liquidity of our schools. You will be responsible for monitoring daily cash flow, processing banking transactions, and optimizing cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for school operations.
  • Process and reconcile daily banking transactions in the accounting system.
  • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to school administrators to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or a similar financial role. You will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
