We are looking for a skilled Social Media Growth Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Social Media Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
- Identifying sales opportunities.
- Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB space.
- Providing solutions for clients' business goals through consultative work.
- Gathering feedback on advertising products for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must possess native French language skills and a good level of English (at least B2). A high school degree or bachelor's degree is also required. Additionally, you should have a sales or marketing background and a general understanding or interest in online marketing products. You should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a drive for excellence and professionalism.
You will be working in a dynamic and multicultural environment with talented individuals from over 80 nationalities.
