About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data architecture efforts, ensuring seamless integration of data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, reference data, and master data.

Your mission will involve collaborating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to derive, design, and implement effective data strategies that meet the complex requirements of our multichannel B2B sales organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise data management frameworks for Sales processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
  • Define data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, reference data, and master data.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to drive data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, preferably in a sales or marketing domain.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, data flow visualisation, database systems, ETL processes, and data integration technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales analytics platforms.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a hybrid and flexible working model, access to online learning platforms, and discounts with our partners. We also offer a shuttle bus service and financial support for your studies.
