Position Summary
The Securitisation Trade Manager will play a critical role in the management of securitisation and other risk distribution activities within Global Banking EMEA – Capital Markets. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate regulatory Capital calculation, developing expertise in transaction management and working with data to assess Capital savings.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring accurate regulatory Capital calculation.
- Developing expertise in transaction management.
- Working with data to assess Capital savings.
- Performing quarterly updates of capital structure of existing programs and quarterly coupon computation and validation.
- Identifying claims based on rating triggers in underlying portfolios.
Requirements
- Master's degree in relevant field.
- Relevant experience in portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of VBA, Python, or data analytics tools such as SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
