Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or messaging channels
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex cases to higher tiers of support as needed
- Document relevant case information and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written
- Previous working experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred but not required
