As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues related to our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or messaging channels
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex cases to higher tiers of support as needed
  • Document relevant case information and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written
  • Previous working experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
