About the role: We are looking for a QA Lead who has a background in manual and automation testing with the ability to guide and improve quality practices. This role involves planning and executing tests, driving automation, and ensuring quality standards across OutSystems applications. Responsibilities: Define test plans and strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing. Execute manual and automated tests for OutSystems apps, APIs, and integrations. Build and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API layers. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Create and maintain test case templates, bug reporting formats, and workflows. Follow best practices and ensure compliance. Work closely with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. Join release planning and quality reviews. Track and report key quality metrics (test coverage, defect rates, automation progress). Mentor junior QA team members on tools and processes. Requirements: 8+ Years knowledge of QA methodologies, MUST have manual and automated testing. Hands-on experience with OutSystems testing, API testing, and SQL validation. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and automation frameworks. Basic understanding of performance and security testing concepts. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and full proficiency in English. Nice to have: Experience with OutSystems BDD frameworks or test automation tools. Knowledge of service virtualization, test data management, JMeter/k6, or security scanning.
