The Work You’ll Do Are you a curious person who loves to dig for new information? Do you enjoy obsessing over details and accuracy? Look no further… Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of clients Validating Client Insurance Premium Tax data using in-house software Confirming tax amounts due to your clients Creating accurate tax returns for your clients Ensuring all data is accurate and returns submitted within strict deadlines Developing and fostering a close working relationship with all clients Attending client meetings as and when appropriate What We Need From You 1+ years of client service-related work experience preferred and previous experience in accounting or finance is a strong plus Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Proficient in Excel (mandatory) and other MS Office products Possess first class attention to detail including data accuracy and deadline management Be assured in prioritising a working schedule which ensures returns are filed within legal timeframes Be able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment Be a team player with a “can do” attitude A willingness to learn new skills as business needs dictate Additional European languages an advantage - and you will get a chance to use them Our Hiring Process Pre-employment Assessment – An online assessment to help us understand your skills and approach to problem-solving. Excel Assessment – Since Excel proficiency is key in this role, you will complete a short exercise to demonstrate your comfort with spreadsheets. Department Interview – A final conversation with the team you will potentially join, focusing on role-specific knowledge, collaboration, and how you would contribute to our day-to-day operations.
