Are you an organised, proactive, and reliable professional with experience in office administration and coordination? An established multinational company, specialising in Microsoft-based business solutions, is looking for an Office Manager / Receptionist to join their team in Odivelas, Lisbon . This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days/week) within a collaborative and professional tech environment. This role goes far beyond front-desk duties. As the key support person for the Lisbon office, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing high-quality administrative support, and helping to maintain a well-organised, productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates efficiently. Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and supporting internal communication. Booking travel and accommodation for team members as required. Managing office supplies, liaising with vendors and service providers. Supporting HR and finance with document handling and basic reporting tasks. Greeting occasional visitors and managing incoming communications (calls/emails). What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, office management, or similar support role. Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English . Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). A proactive, professional mindset and a team-oriented approach.
