Come be a part of a legacy that's transforming the industry We are recruiting a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the Marketing & Sales team and transform digital initiatives into qualified leads and new business opportunities. You will play a strategic role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, optimizing the conversion funnel, and accelerating the company's growth in the B2B IT market. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field; IT background is essential, with strong knowledge of DATA/AI; At least 10 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably in IT or technology consulting; Proven experience in team leadership, KPI definition, and results monitoring; Proficiency in lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and conversion funnel optimization; Advanced experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Analytics, and AI applied to marketing; Strong results orientation and growth mindset; Commercial profile and strong communication skills; Fluent in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Sales team, define clear KPIs, and track results; Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns (SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing); Optimize the lead journey, ensuring high-quality MQLs and SQLs; Create and coordinate eBooks, white papers, webinars, landing pages, and other strategic materials; Monitor metricsand performance, reporting actionable insights to maximize results; Collaborate with stakeholders in creating presentations, case studies, and commercial proposals; Act as the first point of contact with potential customers, represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, expanding the network of contacts and generating new business opportunities.
