Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team with the integration of a Technical Manager for a Shopping Centre in Lisbon. Reporting to the Centre Management, the Technical and Retail Services Department, and the client, this professional will be responsible for overseeing and controlling preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance, ensuring the proper delivery of contracted services and compliance with technical, legal, and regulatory requirements. Expected start date: 01/02/2026 Key tasks/activities: Supervise and manage technical maintenance of the centre (preventive, corrective, operational); Oversee service contracts: maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, sustainability, etc.; Ensure quality of services, adherence to procedures, and legal compliance; Maintain the Technical Management System (CMMS/DATA STATION) up to date; Support tenants and owners with timely and effective communication; Manage procurement and tenders for materials and services within budget protocols; Monitor and optimize energy and operational consumption; Contribute to CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for the technical area; Propose improvements for facilities, energy efficiency, and sustainability; Support certification processes (BREEAM, ISO, etc.); Availability to work on Saturdays if required. Requirements, Skills and Experience: Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field; Proven experience in technical management or building maintenance; Knowledge of facility management, regulatory requirements, and technical operations; Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and CMMS (Data Station lw3 or similar) a plus; Spanish or English – good spoken and written level; Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple service providers and coordinate teams.
