As an Aerospace Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in defining, designing, integrating, and validating complex systems that support Airbus programmes. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance. What you’ll do: Requirements Engineering — capture, analyse, and manage system requirements aligned with customer and regulatory standards (e.g., EASA, FAA). System Design & Architecture — support the creation of architectures, interfaces, and definitions for safety-critical systems. Integration & Verification — plan and execute V&V activities including test procedures, reviews, and compliance checks. Collaboration — work across software, hardware, systems, and verification teams, closely liaising with Airbus stakeholders. What we’re looking for: Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field. Some experience — academic, internship, personal projects, or first job — in embedded software development in C and/or C++. Basic understanding of the software engineering V-cycle and structured development processes. Familiarity with debugging tools, simulators, or basic testing techniques. Interest in real-time systems and safety-critical software. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a collaborative, international engineering environment.
