Associate Electrical Engineer – Industrial Electrics

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting an Associate Electrical Engineer for the Industrial Electrics division, based at our Porto office. With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market. Responsibilities: Develop Industrial Electrical Installations projects under senior supervision Ensure compliance with defined project deadlines and technical requirements Support the coordination of the assigned project team Collaborate in the technical development and review of project documentation Support and collaborate in the training of junior team members Profile: Master’s degree in electrical engineering Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory), with the ability to communicate in an international project environment 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the development of industrial electrical installations projects Strong technical background in industrial electrical systems, including design, specifications, and technical reviews Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT is considered an asset, particularly in BIM environments Strong work capacity and adaptability to different project types Autonomy, proactiveness, and sense of responsibility Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in multidisciplinary environments What we offer: Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
