Customer Success Field Specialist - ViGIE Solutions Lisbon (On-Site) | National & Internation Travel At ViGIE, we're on a mission to enable safer and intelligent healthcare facilities. We develop cutting-edge health tech software, integrating IoT sensors with real-time monitoring, smart alerts, and artifical intelligence for healthcare facilities across the world. As we expand, we're looking for passionate, proactive professionals to join our Customer Operations & Success team and help us make a real impact on healthcare safety and efficiency. What You'll Do Install, configure, and maintain ViGIE monitoring systems, ensuring proper performance and compliance with specifications. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits, guaranteeing system reliability. Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless service experience. Assist with warehouse operations, including RMAs and hardware readiness. Contribute to proactive monitoring and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. · Document field interventions, configurations, and customer feedback accurately. · Represent ViGIE with professionalism and uphold our standards of customer care. · Travel frequently to customer sites nationally and internationally as required. What You Bring 2+ years experience with installation and maintenance of hardware (IoT/Health Tech is a plus). Technical background in electronics, IT or related field. Proactive, customer-first mindset and willingness to work on-site. Strong interpersonal skill . Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills. Experience with Podio, Confluence. Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting. Previous experience in healthcare or working with ISO/regulatory environments Electrotechnical knowledge and/or multilingual abilities (Spanish/French). Why ViGIE?
