Estamos a recrutar Senior Analyst para uma das principais consultoras imobiliárias a nível mundial. O que terás de fazer: • Construção de modelos financeiros para definição de estruturas ótimas de capital, estruturação e reestruturação de dívida. • Análise de risco de crédito associada aos financiamentos a angariar, incluindo análise das demonstrações financeiras e business plan dos projetos. • Criação de apresentações para obtenção de financiamento. • Acompanhamento de todo o processo de obtenção, negociação e contratação de financiamentos. • Participação nas negociações com clientes e financiadores. • Apoio aos elementos séniores da equipa O que deves garantir: • Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou Finanças (ou outra com comprovada ligação à área financeira). • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções relacionadas com a concessão de crédito ou corporate finance e debt advisory numa instituição financeira ou consultora. • Conhecimentos do setor imobiliário. • Fluente na língua inglesa.
