Accountant – Dynamic and Innovative Team Randstad, in partnership with a leading SSC, is seeking an Accountant to join our dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities Ensure Group accounting policies are applied. Apply internal control procedures (IcoFr framework). Participate in the efficiency and continuous improvement of processes and tools. Perform monthly closing tasks and provide/review monthly packages. Analyze balance sheet at consolidation level, IFRS and directional reporting. Participate in contract analysis and review related legal documents (Shareholder’s Agreement, service agreements, etc.). Prepare and provide audit packages, liaising with external auditors. Respond to ad‑hoc requests from the Accounting Lead/Manager. Prepare tax package for the Group in cooperation with the Tax Manager. Liaise with partners to obtain accurate data. Assist with tax reporting. Prepare financial statements for entities under your scope, including audit and filing. Support partners with their financial statements. Assist with ad‑hoc audit missions when needed. Qualifications Business school or a degree in finance/accounting. Minimum two years of experience in a related environment or an audit firm. Proficiency with IT tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems. Knowledge of internal control frameworks. Knowledge of IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition, IFRS 16 Leases, IAS 37 provisions, contingent liabilities and assets, and related standards. Understanding of statutory accounting and tax requirements in an international environment. Benefits Temporary employment contract with Randstad.
