Company Description We’re Extra Small World — a design & marketing agency based in Estonia with clients throughout the EU, Switzerland and the US. We work with international B2B clients, Tech, Med Tech, pharma, active ingredients, real estate and in the energy sector. Our client, a growing company in the health and active-ingredients sector, is seeking a Head of Marketing  to lead their strategic and operational marketing efforts. This is an integrated position : while your primary focus (approximately 80%) will be on driving marketing for our client, you will also contribute to select projects within our agency (20%), gaining exposure to broader brand and digital work across industries. Role Description As Head of Marketing, you will shape and execute the company’s marketing strategy across international markets. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and external partners to elevate the brand, support commercial growth, and ensure consistent, high-quality communication. Through the agency component of the role, you will also collaborate with a seasoned creative and strategic team on related initiatives. What you will do ·       Develop and execute the company’s integrated marketing strategy ·       Lead brand, digital, content, and campaign work ·       Support product marketing, launches, and sales enablement ·       Manage external partners and align internal stakeholders ·       Build reporting, insights, and performance frameworks,  ·       Experience in Hubspot, Canva, Meta/Google ads, Google analytics  ·       Contribute to select agency projects that align with your skills (approx. 20%) ·       Experience in event planning and execution is valuable Qualifications ·       At least 3 years of marketing experience , either in an agency or an in-house marketing team ·       Relevant education in marketing, communications, or similar ·       Experience in pharma, healthcare, or active ingredients  is a strong advantage ·       Fluent in English ; German  is a plus ·       Strong hands-on execution abilities with strategic understanding ·       Based in the Lisbon, portugal area , or open to relocating ·       Willingness to travel occasionally; flexible remote work options available What we offer ·       A leading role with real strategic influence ·       Exposure to both an innovative health-sector company and a dynamic marketing agency ·       Hybrid working model and an international environment ·       Opportunity to shape brand direction, communication, and growth ·       If this sounds like the right step for your career, we’d be happy to hear from you.
