This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, IT risk management and digital fraud prevention , with a strong focus on awareness, governance and phishing simulation programmes across multiple international entities. About the role As Cyberculture Project Manager, you will play a key role in designing, coordinating and delivering global phishing simulation campaigns, ensuring platform interoperability, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement of cybersecurity awareness across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate phishing simulation campaigns across multiple international entities Ensure interoperability of the phishing platform with existing IT systems Own and manage the global phishing campaign calendar Prepare, execute and monitor phishing simulations Provide training and support to local cyberculture correspondents Act as the main point of contact with the phishing solution provider Propose new cyber awareness initiatives and methodologies Produce reporting and performance indicators on campaign effectiveness Technical Requirements Solid knowledge of IT and information security Experience in regulated environments and security governance frameworks Ability to understand IT systems, data and cybersecurity risks Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance or governance projects is highly valued Languages Fluent English Fluent French Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical and structured mindset Project management capabilities Ability to influence and drive change Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented
