Responsibilities: Solution Design and Delivery: Lead the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business and technology standards. Technical Leadership: Provide direct technical guidance to development teams, acting as the technical authority for automation and AI platforms. Ensure consistent application of best practices in coding, testing, and solution architecture. Innovation and Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging automation and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to modernize the technology landscape and maximize business value through innovation. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards. Promote coding standards, documentation, testing, and quality assurance (QA) practices across all teams. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and external partners to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and co-create solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Team Development and Mentoring: Advise and guide developers, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and a high-performance culture based on curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Oversee the operation of implemented solutions, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. Gather feedback, monitor KPIs, and drive iterative improvements. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all automation and AI initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable results that support long-term growth and transformation. Profile: 3+ years of experience in UiPath Knowledge of .NET framework Background in development and low-code solutions. Solid knowledge of governance (environment management, licensing, monitoring, access policies). Knowledge of other technologies: SQL, Python, Generative AI, among others Knowledge of Intelligent Automation platforms Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Fluency in English is mandatory. UiPath certification (preferably). Experience with automation in the financial area (a plus). Location and Work Arrangement: Location: Porto, more specifically close to Norteshopping. Work Arrangement: Hybrid, currently 2 days a week in the office.
