Responsabilidades Liderar o desenho e a arquitetura de soluções complexas baseadas em .NET, garantindo escalabilidade, performance e segurança. Mentorar e orientar engenheiros juniores e seniores, elevando o nível técnico da equipe. Definir padrões de codificação, revisões de código e melhores práticas de desenvolvimento. Participar ativamente na definição da estratégia tecnológica e roadmap de produto. Resolver problemas técnicos de alta complexidade e atuar como referência técnica para diversos projetos. Colaborar com equipes de produto e stakeholders para traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas robustas. Competências Experiência sólida e aprofundada com o ecossistema .NET, incluindo .NET Core/Framework e C# . Conhecimento avançado em arquiteturas de microsserviços e padrões de design (ex: DDD, Clean Architecture). Experiência com Azure ou outro provedor de nuvem (AWS, GCP) e tecnologias de containerização (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiência em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL Server ) e não relacionais. Experiência com CI/CD, testes automatizados e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). Forte capacidade de liderança técnica, comunicação e resolução de problemas. Inglês mínimo B2.
