Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and external vendors Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans Track project performance (timeline, cost, quality) and report status to stakeholders Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis and approvals Support production and operational activities related to delivered solutions Ensure effective communication across multicultural and international teams Service Expectations Ability to operate in a global environment with distributed teams Strong coordination and scheduling capabilities across time zones Proactive mindset to anticipate issues and drive resolutions Structured and organized approach to managing complex projects Capacity to navigate technical, regulatory, and cultural challenges Required Expertise & Skills Minimum 6–7 years of experience in project management Strong technical background in IT infrastructure Proven experience managing security and/or regulatory projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience working in an English-speaking professional environment (mandatory) Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Certifications PMP certification is a plus
