Procuramos um/a Project Manager (3 a 4 anos ) com perfil funcional com experiência em banca, responsável pela gestão end-to-end de projetos , garantindo o cumprimento de objetivos, prazos, orçamento e qualidade. Esta função envolve liderança do projeto , coordenação de stakeholders e tomada de decisão ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do projeto. O projeto será realizado em formado hibrido 2x por semana nos escritórios do cliente no Parque das Nações. Principais Responsabilidades: Planear, coordenar e liderar projetos desde a fase de definição até à entrega final Definir scope, objetivos, milestones, cronograma e recursos do projeto Garantir o alinhamento funcional entre as áreas envolvidas Identificar, analisar e mitigar riscos e dependências Acompanhar progresso, qualidade e budget do projeto Assegurar comunicação clara e contínua com stakeholders Garantir a documentação e governance do projeto Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos de gestão de projeto Perfil Pretendido Experiência mínima de 3 a 4 anos como Project Manager Perfil mais funcional do que operacional/reporting Capacidade de liderar projetos de forma autónoma Boa capacidade de organização, planeamento e priorização Boa comunicação e facilidade em trabalhar com múltiplos stakeholders Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas Espírito de liderança e sentido de responsabilidade Requisitos Técnicos Experiência em gestão de projetos end-to-end Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projeto (Waterfall, Agile ou híbrido) Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex.: Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.) Bons conhecimentos de Excel / ferramentas de reporting (como complemento, não foco principal)
