Create and manage the data entry environment within the consolidation tool; Create and maintain the consolidation environment, including exchange rates, scopes, and consolidation rules; Manage the security module, including owner groups, functional profiles, and data access permissions; Provide first-level support to application users, including credentials management and resolution of blocking control issues; Ensure accurate and reliable data transfers between the consolidation tool and other company systems (e.g., ERPs, data warehouses), guaranteeing data quality; Monitor application performance and availability through the administration console; Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and operational enhancements; Enrich and maintain existing technical documentation and produce new documentation as required; Apply data and financial knowledge to continuously improve and adapt the data model to evolving business and user needs; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including consolidation, management accounting, and IT departments. What are we looking for? +5 years of experience in an equivalent position, specifically as a functional administrator of financial consolidation tools: Proven experience with SAP Financial Consolidation, or a similar SAP module related to Financials (e.g., SAP EF), or other EPM/consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Tagetik); Solid knowledge in accounting and financial consolidation, including basic IFRS standards; Proficiency in Office tools and interest/knowledge in data modelling and database architecture; Fluency in English (B2+ level); Proficiency in French (B1+ level).
