Atualmente, estamosa recrutar um(a) In-House Legal Counsel paraum cliente de referência no setor da logística, transportes e operaçõesportuárias, com sede em Lisboa. Esta é umaoportunidade para integrar um projeto sólido, internacional e em crescimento,com forte proximidade ao negócio e exposição direta à tomada de decisão. Principais responsabilidades: Apoiar juridicamenteas operações ibéricas, atuando como parceiro estratégico das equipas denegócio; Redigir, rever enegociar contratos comerciais nas áreas de logística, transporte, prestação deserviços e fornecimento; Assegurar matériasde governação societária em Portugal e Espanha; Acompanhar temasjurídicos ligados a operações portuárias, transportes e logística; Gerir contencioso earticulação com advogados externos; Apoiar matérias dedireito laboral em coordenação com a área de Recursos Humanos; Garantir ocumprimento da legislação e regulamentação aplicável a nível nacional eeuropeu. Advogado(a)inscrito(a) na Ordem dos Advogados em Portugal; Experiênciaprofissional relevante entre 5 e 9+ anos; Experiência em direitomarítimo, operações portuárias, transportes ou logística; Perfil generalista,autónomo e orientado para soluções; Fluência emportuguês e inglês; Experiência préviacomo advogado interno (in-house) será valorizada; Contacto com direitomarítimo, transportes ou logística será considerado um plus; Conhecimentos deespanhol (preferencial). #J-18808-Ljbffr
