Salesforce Architect – Job Description Location: Porto (Hybrid ) Sector: Automotive Tech Work Model: Note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Portugal . Candidates currently based in Portugal and willing to relocate to Porto are welcome. No visa sponsorship or relocation support is provided. Responsibilities Design and maintain the Salesforce architecture (data model, automation, integrations, security). Lead integrations with ERP/CRM/DWH systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or Heroku. Establish development best practices across testing, version control, and CI/CD. Collaborate with Product, BA, and Engineering teams to shape technical solutions. Define security models and ensure compliance with internal standards and GDPR. Mentor Developers and Admins , review code, and validate technical designs. Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering , Information Systems , or similar. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a senior Salesforce technical role. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and Platform Events . Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC , and Visualforce . Experience with Salesforce APIs , MuleSoft, and External Services. Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps . Strong skills in data models, security, governance , and performance optimization . Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (nice to have).
