Job Description Develop and implement Tibco-based solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure. Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using Tibco BusinessWorks and related tools. Integrate various systems and APIs to ensure seamless communication across our telecom platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing Tibco applications for improved performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Tibco technologies and telecom industry trends. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Tibco development, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong proficiency in Tibco software suite, including BusinessWorks, EMS, and BW6. Solid programming skills in Java, C++, and XML. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols and systems. Experience with API development and integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of database management systems. Tibco certifications are preferred.
