Role Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (React & Java) to join one of our biggest clients, a major international financial group , whose IT teams are responsible for consolidating legacy systems and supporting critical Trade Finance business processes across guarantees and documentary credits/collections. Come energize your future with us Location: Lisbon (on-site only) What you will do: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Spring Boot (Java 17) on the backend and React (TypeScript) on the frontend • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full application stack • Maintain legacy applications (FBTI) and perform reverse engineering to identify business rules (IBM ITX) • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team • Communicate task progress, risks, and timelines clearly to project leaders What you are like: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (React + Java/Spring Boot) • Strong experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript • Solid communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, especially in remote and international teams • English proficiency at B2 level Why join us: • Work on challenging projects for big clients • Learn more about emerging technologies • Possibility of working remotely (according to project rules) • Design your career plan • Access to continuous training and certifications • Evolve through our internal mobility program • … and much more
