We help brands scale revenue through smarter creator partnerships, delivering measurable results, transparency, and frictionless campaign management. Role Description We’re looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale Nixar’s growth engine across acquisition, activation, and revenue. You’ll design and run growth experiments, identify scalable go-to-market levers, and turn what works into repeatable systems. You’ll work closely with the founders in a fast-moving, early-stage AI SaaS environment. This is a hands-on role blending strategy, execution, data, and customer interaction Responsibilities include: Own end-to-end growth across acquisition, conversion, and revenue Design, execute, and iterate on growth experiments across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and lifecycle channels Identify and engage fashion and DTC brands through scalable growth motions Run discovery calls, demos, and growth-driven sales conversations when needed Analyze funnel performance, campaign results, and cohort data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities Build and manage growth dashboards, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM and analytics tools Work closely with product and marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and onboarding flows Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks and processes Collect customer and market feedback to influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in growth, sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles. Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and data-driven decision making. Experience working across acquisition and conversion, not just top-of-funnel. Interest in influencer marketing, social commerce, and the creator economy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable running discovery calls, demos, and growth-driven sales conversations. Highly organized, analytical, and accountable for results. Ability to learn, explain, and position a technical, data-driven product. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Bonus points if: You have sold SaaS or martech solutions. You have sold to fashion, beauty, or DTC brands. You have worked in a startup or fast-growing environment. You are motivated to grow into a revenue leadership role.
