We are looking for an Business Analyst, fluent in french Mission : Mission takes place within the DataHub squad whose common motivations are proximity to the business line, agility, and quality in deliveries services, combining business line skills and IT skills. Our challenge around the DataHub product is to maintain it and enrich it with new features that meet a Cardif Data strategic line, business needs and IT guiding principles. The Business Analyst’s mission is to support the businesses in framing their needs with respect to the DataHub product and deliver the associated usage projects in compliance with the commitments of schedule, budget, scope and quality. In an agile product environment (build/run), delivery is carried out by successive releases of the solution components associated with the data perimeters and uses prioritized with the various business customers. Reporting : The Business Analyst will work closely with the entire squad and especially the Product Owner, the Solution Architect, and the Senior business analysts Responsabilities: Collection, analysis, and challenge of business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner. Writing requirements and user stories. Participation in the design of the DataHub (screen models, user paths, data mappings, etc.) Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform March, 2024 Job Specification Business Analyst Classification: Internal. Close collaboration with the IT teams (developers, service center, test center) and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations. Contribution to tests (strategy, test cases, test campaigns, analysis of anomalies, etc.) Drafting of operating procedures, user guides. Active contribution to all agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily meeting). Active contribution to project management tasks (follow-up planning, budget monitoring, progress summary, risk/alert management,...). Requirements: A good knowledge of Data business is mandatory Agile experience A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit Proven analytical and organizational skills Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements. French (C1) English (B2) Analytical and organizational skills are essential Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous Team spirit and good interpersonal skills Good level of english.
