A Sweet Line You , referência em estética, medicina estética e fisioterapia, procura um(a) Lead Manager para integrar a equipa comercial no Porto. Este(a) profissional será o elo de ligação entre marketing e vendas , garantindo um acompanhamento das leads de forma estratégica e eficaz. Principais responsabilidades: Tratar e qualificar leads recebidas de campanhas de marketing via email, telefone e CRM Fazer follow-up ativo com intenção de venda Classificar e registar todas as interações detalhadamente no CRM Encaminhar leads qualificadas para o comercial certo e acompanhar o seu progresso Monitorizar o desempenho da equipa comercial no tratamento das leads Apoiar a prospeção ativa de novos contactos quando houver disponibilidade Perfil: Experiência em inside sales, telemarketing ou funções comerciais focadas em leads Perfil proativo(a), organizado(a) e orientado(a) para resultados Boa capacidade de comunicação e gosto pelo contacto com clientes Domínio de ferramentas digitais (CRM, Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn) Fluência em português (outras línguas serão uma mais-valia) O que oferecemos: Integração numa equipa dinâmica Formação e acompanhamento contínuo Possibilidade de crescimento profissional Remuneração compatível com a função + comissões atrativas Full-time Presencial Envie o seu CV para Por favor coloque o Assunto no e-mail: Lead Manager
