Lead the end-to-end development and launch of private label products across multiple categories: sports nutrition, supplements, healthy food, activewear, and accessories. Conduct market research, define product specifications, packaging strategies, pricing, and launch plans. Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with suppliers (private label, packaging, logistics), ensuring efficient execution. Manage the Packaging Designer and oversee the development of activewear and sports accessories. Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements to meet market and brand expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or related fields. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG. Proven experience in product development, private label or brand product management, and go-to-market strategies. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven. Ability to influence and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers at all organizational levels.
