Estamos a recrutar um(a) Consultor para integrar a nossa equipa de Transfer Pricing. O que irás fazer: Apoiar na preparação da documentação de preços de transferência a nível local e global, em linha com o regime local de preços de transferência e com as Orientações da OCDE; Apoiar na preparação do Country-by-Country Reporting dos grupos multinacionais e realizar análises críticas à informação financeira a reportar; Conduzir análises económicas para suportar/definir o preço das várias naturezas de operações intragrupo através do uso de diversas bases de dados (SABI Informa, TP Catalyst, Royalty Range, Refinitiv, entre outras); Apoiar no desenho e implementação de políticas de preços de transferência em grupos que operam nos vários setores de atividade; Participar em projetos de due dilligence fiscal na componente de preços de transferência; Participar em projetos de contencioso em matéria de preços de transferência; Contribuir para o aumento da eficiência da prática de preços de transferência com recurso à utilização de Inteligência Artificial; Assegurar a excelência técnica, acompanhando as principais tendências a nível fiscal local e internacional.
