All applications with skills for the position are welcome We are looking for an Amazing: Software Quality Assurance Team Lead The amazing you, will have: Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff Promote effective teamwork and establish a clear understanding of testing roles and expected outcomes; Development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing; Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation. Oversee all QA activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and security testing. Prepare and update comprehensive testing documentation and guidelines; Conduct workshops on testing topics and integrate testing expertise within various teams; Ensure release readiness by reporting key quality metrics such as test coverage; Mandatory: French Speaker - B2 level minimun Be legal to work in Portugal Willing to work hybrid in Lisbon Why should you become part of our family?
