**About the job**
- The TCS/SP (Transversal Credit Services/Security Package) Team provides essential support on the analysis and registration of the Credit Mitigations Risks associated to the Structured Credits, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets. The team is responsible for the accurate representation of the Security Package within the Bank systems, to contribute to Finance & Risk Reporting as well as compliance with the Regulatory requirements. The individual will join an “extended team” organization with team members based across Paris, Brussels and Lisbon. He/she will develop an in-depth knowledge of the Corporate lending products on a wide range of assets (Aircraft, Shipping, Real Estate Financing, Leverage and Acquisition Financing, Export Finance, Capital expenditures financing ) as well as developing a valuable understanding of the complete set of legal documentation surrounding the structured credit activity.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Work collaboratively with Front Office, Credit Analysts, the Deal Implementation Team to take over the Security Package after closing of the deal
- Collect the exhaustive Legal documentation for a deal (Financing documents, Security Package documents, Legal opinions)
- Analyze Security Package documents to identify the ones eligiblefor registration (according to current regulations and procedures) and accurately map them with the Bank Nomenclatures, with the assistance of Internal Legal Department if necessary
- Read and interpret Security documents to structure the data for system inputs
- Create deals in the IT Tool Received Guarantee Module (RGM) and input the Security Package data
- Issue instructions for booking within Local Credit systems
- Monitor Security Package: expiring/ expired, validity, upcoming & overdue valuation
- Update periodically Security Package data (valuation, maturity dates )
- Contribute for Traning according to the needs. Demonstrate ability and proactivity to Share Knowlegde
- Take simple decisions in the absence of the Team Leader, and report to direct hierarchy any event that might impact the activity

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Management or Accounting
- Knowledge on credit processes is preferable
- 3-4 years of professional experience in the Banking and Financial Operations
- Written and oral fluency in English is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of Financial products
- Good understanding of risk concepts and methodologies is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills (display good relationship qualities, team spirit, and ability to work across teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Desire to learn about the characteristics of the specialized financings and especially their legal aspects through legal documentation
- Flexibility to adapt to a new and changing environment
- Good skills in Excel
