As an HR Trainee - Rewards & Benefits, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and working in collaboration for process improvements.

In your new role, you will:

- Manage **HR requests**within the **scope of Rewards & Benefits**for **Europe**:

- Support **process improvements**:

- Be involved in **harmonization and automation processes**:

- **Communicate**with **HR partners**in Europe

**Your Profile**
You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment, and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- **A degree**in **Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration,**or a similar field
- **Good command**of **MS Office Tools**(e.g. Outlook, Excel)
- **Affinity**towards **HR Tools**:

- knowledge of SAP would be a plus
- Good command of **English**and intermediate level of **German - at least B1**(mandatory)
